My kids progress reports came home last week. Not a pretty sight. Emma is not working up to her potential and Jarod is failing social studies.
Jarod's problem is obvious. He has difficulty with self expression and it leaks into his class/home work. Emma just fucks off all day long. I don't think she intends to do that, she just does. She is very bright....OF COURSE! She has Eddie and me for parents! She just finds other things to do instead of doing the task at hand. I have the same problem with her at home with her homework. How do you make a slacker become more focused?

Vampire by nature. I was born for swing or graveyard shifts. I am not a fan of the sun (as it should be, I have red hair, freckles and fair skin. Not hot, neon white, but pretty close). I like to stay up late and sleep-in. The world is quiet and still at 1 a.m. You can reflect, read a scary book, eat a pint of Haagen Dazs or fall asleep on the comfy couch with the flickering blue light of the telly to keep you company.
