Went to in-laws for annual Christmas Eve Sicilian Fish Fest. I skipped the last two years (2005 and 2006). Because I hated my husband's brother's wives with a passion. Now I not give shit. Whatever. If they wanna be the petty stupid retarded people they want to be, I will let them. I want my clam chowder, DAMMIT!
It wasn't a horrible experience. It was actually quite nice and I didn't have to drink or smoke to lessen the pain. I will admit to taking a Xanax before arriving. Also helps my MIL was too ill (sinus/ear infection) to fuss at me. The other evil women stayed on their side of the room and I stayed on mine. I didn't have to cling to Auntie all night like I feared. Felt good to know that my nieces are NOT CUTE. Blech. lol These are the best photos I could get of them. I am practically a stranger to them.

My sisters daughters are 21, (soon to be) 20 (in Feb 08) and 9. I cannot believe my oldest niece is 21! Holy crap! The 20 y/o is getting married in April. Like wow!
My divorced brother in law is now "officially" engaged (she has a ring on her finger) and their baby GIRL is due in May.
My "sister" (brother's wife) is expecting twins (unknown on the flavor at this time) in July. That is going to be the event of 2008. LOL I am hoping for two girls, which is the exact opposite of what they want. They either want two boys or one of each....but NOT 2 girls. heh.
