Recently, I was talking with my favorite sister-in-law about marriage. I said, "Marriage is not about love."
She replied vehemently, "Oh, NO WAY! It is not about love at all."
We both agreed it was about being able to put up with somebody for the rest of your life.

Vampire by nature. I was born for swing or graveyard shifts. I am not a fan of the sun (as it should be, I have red hair, freckles and fair skin. Not hot, neon white, but pretty close). I like to stay up late and sleep-in. The world is quiet and still at 1 a.m. You can reflect, read a scary book, eat a pint of Haagen Dazs or fall asleep on the comfy couch with the flickering blue light of the telly to keep you company.
